Proven Leadership. Clean Water. Strong District.
Meet Jeff
A familiar and trusted face in our community who has spent the last 18 months serving as your MUD Board Secretary. During that time, Jeff has hit the ground running, stepping into key roles as the Board's liaison to Bridgestone MUD Park, our MUD operator WDM, and our MUD engineering firm building the working relationships and institutional knowledge that make our district run smoothly. Now, Jeff is ready to bring that experience to the next level as a Director. A retired petroleum engineer, Jeff spent his career solving complex technical problems and managing large-scale operations globally, skills that translate directly to overseeing the infrastructure and long-term planning that our district depends on. But Jeff is more than his résumé. He is a business owner who understands accountability, a devoted husband of 42 years, and a proud grandfather of five who is deeply invested in the kind of community he helps leave behind. When he's not at a board meeting or cheering on the Astros, you'll find him engaged and present in the neighborhood he calls home. Jeff's experience is real, his commitment is proven, and his vision for this community is clear and he is asking for your vote to keep serving you as a Director.
Clear Goals. Proven Action.
Responsibility
When it comes to managing our community's finances, our board has consistently demonstrated the discipline and transparency that residents deserve. Over the past term, we implemented a balanced budget that prioritized essential services without increasing assessments, negotiated vendor contracts that saved the association thousands of dollars, and maintained a fully funded reserve protecting every homeowner from unexpected special assessments. We believe that every dollar collected belongs to this community, and we take that responsibility seriously. Re-electing our board means continuing the sound financial stewardship that keeps our neighborhood strong, stable, and well-maintained for years to come.
Integrity
Trust is the foundation of any well-run community, and trust is built through openness. Our board is committed to keeping every resident informed — from publishing detailed financial reports and meeting minutes to welcoming homeowners to attend and speak at every board meeting. We believe you have the right to know how decisions are made, how funds are spent, and where our community is headed. Too often, HOA boards operate behind closed doors, leaving residents feeling excluded from the very decisions that affect their homes and property values. We are committed to doing things differently — maintaining clear, consistent communication and ensuring that every voice in this community has the opportunity to be heard. Re-electing our board means choosing a leadership team that will always keep the lights on and the books open.
Independence
A board that simply goes along to get along is not serving its community — it's serving itself. Effective leadership requires the courage to ask hard questions, challenge assumptions, and make decisions based on what is right for residents rather than what is easy or politically convenient. Our board members bring diverse backgrounds and perspectives to the table, and we are not afraid to respectfully disagree, debate the merits of an idea, and arrive at the best possible outcome through honest dialogue. We do not answer to special interests, vendors, or outside influence — we answer to you. When we cast a vote, it reflects independent judgment and a genuine commitment to this community's well-being. Re-electing our board means choosing leaders who will always put principle over politics and residents over relationships.
Commitment
A campaign promise is only as good as the person making it, and we believe our record speaks for itself. We are not asking for your vote based on words alone — we are asking based on the commitments we have kept, the follow-through we have demonstrated, and the accountability we have shown this community time and again. Going forward, we commit to maintaining open and honest communication with every resident, protecting the financial health of our association, making decisions that reflect the best interests of the whole community rather than a select few, and always showing up — to meetings, to tough conversations, and to the work that keeps this neighborhood running. These are not talking points. They are the standard we hold ourselves to every single day, and the standard you should expect from anyone asking for your trust and your vote.
